These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Luxe Online LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our”) through the website madeby.luxe.

Services

We provide creative consulting and production services including video production, audience growth strategy, and content strategy for cinema and media businesses. All services are custom and delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Engagement & Payment

Services are engaged through direct consultation. Payment terms, project scope, and deliverables are agreed upon before work begins. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use delivered work for its intended purpose. Luxe Online retains the right to showcase work in portfolios unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary approvals. Delays caused by client non-responsiveness may impact project timelines.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxe Online LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Fees for completed work remain due. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Luxe Online LLC is registered.
