Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

This policy applies to all services purchased from Luxe Online LLC through madeby.luxe.

Deposits

Project deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your place in our production schedule and cover initial planning and resource allocation.

Cancellation Before Project Start

If you cancel within 48 hours of the agreed project start date and before any work has been delivered, you are entitled to a full refund of project fees (excluding the deposit).

Cancellation After Work Begins

Once work has commenced, fees are non-refundable for completed milestones. You will be billed for work completed up to the date of cancellation.

After Delivery

No refunds are issued after final deliverables have been provided and accepted. If you are unsatisfied with delivered work, we will work with you to make reasonable revisions within the agreed scope.
